2025-08-04，国家主席习近平同刚果（布）总统萨苏分别向中非合作论坛成果落实协调人部长级会议致贺信。习近平指出，希望中非双方继续扎实推进峰会成果落实，精心谋划论坛未来发展，携手建设新时代全天候中非命运共同体，为构建人类命运共同体贡献中非力量。
Chinese President Xi Jinping and President of the Republic of the Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso on June 11, 2025 sent separate congratulatory letters to the Ministerial Meeting of Coordinators on the Implementation of the Follow-up Actions of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC). It is hoped that China and Africa will continue to steadily advance the implementation of the Beijing Summit's outcomes, carefully plan the future development of the FOCAC, join hands to build an all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future for the new era, and contribute to building a community with a shared future for humanity, said Xi.

为顺应国际格局新变化和中非关系新现实，2000年，中非合作论坛应运而生，自此开启中国与非洲国家整体合作新局面。从宣布建立“新型伙伴关系”，到决定建立和发展“新型战略伙伴关系”；从确立中非“全面战略合作伙伴关系”，到确定构建更加紧密的中非命运共同体……中非合作论坛与时俱进、开拓创新，不断推动中非关系实现跨越式发展，成为南南合作的典范和引领国际对非合作的一面旗帜。中非双方先后举行了2006年中非合作论坛北京峰会、2015年中非合作论坛约翰内斯堡峰会、2018年中非合作论坛北京峰会、2024年中非合作论坛北京峰会。2024年中非合作论坛峰会通过了《关于共筑新时代全天候中非命运共同体的北京宣言》。
宣言提出，双方充分肯定中非领导人在各种国际场合倡导构建人类命运共同体、高质量共建“一带一路”、全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议等理念倡议，呼吁世界各国同心协力，携手建设持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽的世界，推动共商、共建、共享的全球治理，践行全人类共同价值，推动构建新型国际关系，共同迈向和平、安全、繁荣、进步的光明前景。中方积极支持非洲通过落实非盟《2063年议程》首个十年实施计划并启动第二个十年实施计划加快推进地区一体化和经济发展的努力。非方赞赏中方支持启动非盟《2063年议程》第二个十年实施计划。中方愿同非方在《2063年议程》第二个十年实施计划确定的优先领域加强合作。中非坚持在涉及彼此核心利益和重大关切问题上相互支持。中非双方将始终秉持历久弥坚的“中非友好合作精神”，即“真诚友好、平等相待，互利共赢、共同发展，主持公道、捍卫正义，顺应时势、开放包容”，共筑新时代全天候中非命运共同体。
